Slide Deck Structure (6 Slides):
- Slide 1: Overview (
slides/01-overview.html) — Deep tone slide with the light logo lockup, display headline ("In-app AI agents for SaaS products"), platform pillars (in-app embedding, sandboxed code execution, self-improving skill extraction), and corporate location. - Slide 2: Problem (
slides/02-problem.html) — Highlights the three structural failure points of embedding AI into SaaS: brittle tool calling with cascading schema errors, context blindness isolated from application state, and static capabilities without runtime learning. - Slide 3: Solution (
slides/03-solution.html) — Details how Urai resolves these challenges through dynamic JavaScript synthesis inside an isolated WinterTC sandbox, automated skill extraction from real conversations, and bidirectional UI integration. - Slide 4: Product (
slides/04-product.html) — Outlines the four functional architecture layers: Front-End Embeds (React, Vue, Svelte SDKs and AI workspace), Execution Engine (WinterTC sandbox and Git-managed studio libraries), Grounding (hybrid BM25 and vector search), and Connectivity (drop-in OpenAI Chat Completions API and background workflows). - Slide 5: Team (
slides/05-team.html) — Grounded in the company knowledge base (Urai Team Info.md):- Shanthi Shanmugam (Co-Founder & CEO): 14+ years in software engineering and management, Ex-SAP Labs, leading tech operations, frontend systems, and product delivery.
- Vagmi Mudumbai (Co-Founder & CTO): 23+ years in software systems, Ex-SAP Labs, multi-time CTO, international speaker, and specialist in GenAI platform engineering, distributed systems, and runtime sandboxes.
- Slide 6: Thanks (
slides/06-thanks.html) — Deep tone close with a clear call to action to book a 30-minute demonstration, contact details (founders@urai.ca), documentation links (docs.uraiai.com), and meeting scheduler (tidycal.com/team/urai/founders).

Should you call out "WinterTC JavaScript" Looks like technical jargon for anyone who is non-technical. Whom are you sending this? Same way "Drop in React,.. SDKs' It shows uraiai.com Arent we saying urai.ca from now on? The logo is of light background. Use the dark logo for the highlights to be seen Instead of "Cascading schema failures" call it out straight as "High latency and failure rates" If you give an example right below: it will be clearer What does "External chats sit apart from the UI"? Reword required and better wording for "Isolated from App State" Move Static Capabilities to the centre as the next slide shows the solution in the center. Replace rigid API Chains with customizable secure code execution In the Solution slide the bottom lines are outside the boxes.
All requested revisions have been applied across the presentation deck in /canvas/urai-presentation/index.html.
Summary of Changes
-
Jargon Removed & Executive Audience Alignment:
- Replaced references to "WinterTC JavaScript" with plain business and technical terms: "Safe, sandboxed code execution" and "Secure isolated runtime with zero filesystem or OS access."
- Replaced developer-specific phrasing like "Drop-in React, Vue SDKs" with "Native UI components and widgets that run branded AI assistants directly inside your web application."
-
Domain Updated to
urai.ca:- Updated all URLs, bylines, and contact links across
config.jsand slides 1–6 fromuraiai.comtourai.ca(anddocs.urai.ca).
- Updated all URLs, bylines, and contact links across
-
Logo Swapped for Dark Backgrounds:
- On the dark/deep slides (Slide 1: Overview and Slide 6: Thanks), replaced
assets/logo-light.svgwithassets/logo-dark.svg. The electric lime accents and light wordmark now stand out against the dark emerald background.
- On the dark/deep slides (Slide 1: Overview and Slide 6: Thanks), replaced
-
Slide 2: Clearer Problem Titles & Concrete Examples:
- Replaced "Cascading schema failures" with "High Latency and Failure Rates."
- Replaced "External chats sit apart from the UI" / "Isolated from App State" with "Disconnected from App State: Trapped Outside User Workflows."
- Added a concrete real-world failure example box directly beneath each card:
- Latency & failures: A 3-step action (fetch record → calculate balance → update ledger) takes 12 seconds and fails 20% of the time on JSON schema mismatches.
- Static capabilities: An assistant repeatedly fails on the same edge case because fixing it requires manual prompt rewrites and engineer redeployments.
- Disconnected context: A user on
/invoices/849asks to summarize the bill, but the bot asks them to re-paste the invoice number and account ID.
-
Aligned Column Symmetry Across Problem & Solution:
- Moved Static Capabilities to the center column on Slide 2.
- This now mirrors Slide 3 directly:
- Column 1 (Left): High Latency & Failures → Replaced by Customizable Secure Code Execution.
- Column 2 (Center): Static Capabilities → Solved by Automated Skill Extraction (Continuous Learning).
- Column 3 (Right): Disconnected from App State → Solved by Native In-App Integration.
-
Slide 3: Headline & Bottom Lines Contained Inside Boxes:
- Updated the headline to: "Replace rigid API chains with customizable secure code execution."
- Fixed the card layout so the bottom notes sit cleanly inside each card boundary using
mt-auto pt-5 border-t border-edge, removing the zero-height divider class that caused text to spill out.
-
Slide 5: Refined Team Card:
- Softened technical jargon in Vagmi's card to focus on runtime sandboxes, distributed systems, and LLM orchestration alongside Shanthi's product operations and engineering leadership.

When I rendered this to a PDF there were some style issues. I had updated the slides skills. Rerun the slides skills to make sure the PDF rendering is correct.
The updated slides-skill engine has been synchronized to /canvas/urai-presentation/, resolving the PDF rendering and print styling issues.
What Was Updated & Fixed
-
Synchronized Engine Files with the Updated Skill:
- Replaced all 14 core engine files (
engine/stage.css,engine/theme.css,engine/components.css,engine/print-preview.js,engine/nav.js,engine/loader.js,engine/code.js,engine/video.js,engine/fit-check.js,engine/libs.js,engine/styles.js,engine/deck.js,engine/chrome.css, andengine/media.css) with the latest library builds. - Updated the print preview pipeline (
engine/print-preview.jsandengine/stage.css) to enforce exact 1920×1080 CSS page bounds, full print color fidelity (print-color-adjust: exact), and forced visibility of all staged reveal items (.r { opacity: 1 !important; transform: none !important }) across all pages.
- Replaced all 14 core engine files (
-
Fixed Card Surface & Contrast Issues in Slide 2 (
02-problem.html):- Replaced unrecognized classes (
bg-surface-muted/90) on the real-world failure boxes with proper theme tokens (bg-washfor standard cards andbg-surface/70 border-warn/30for the warning card). - Corrected low-contrast lime text on light paper (
text-accent) to high-contrast emerald label styling (text-label), ensuring the invoice example text (/invoices/849) prints sharp and readable in PDF exports.
- Replaced unrecognized classes (
-
Verified Deck Geometry & Print Rules:
- Checked that all 6 slides fit strictly within the 1920×1080 viewport frame without clipping or vertical overflow.
- Preserved solid text color fallbacks (
var(--gradient-solid)andvar(--gradient-deep-solid)) during print mode so headline gradients render cleanly without banding in Chrome and macOS Preview.
